Ranch Rules and Refund Policies

1.  A wounded animal is considered dead. If you draw blood and the animal is not recovered, your hunt for that portion of your package is complete. There are no exceptions to this rule.

2.  No smoking allowed within lodge or high fence.

3.  No firearms allowed on premises. Crossbows allowed only in cases involving upper limb disabilities. (Doctors note required)

4.  Arrows:

* Only three arrows allowed in quiver per hunt.

* Hunter’s initials must be on each arrow used.

5.  No pop-up blinds allowed.

6.  Hunters dropped at stands must either remain at stand until designated time or walk directly back to lodge using ONLY the main roads.

7.  “Walk and Stalk” allowed only between 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

8.  Vehicles within high fence:

* Only company vehicles allowed.

* No unauthorized use of Sweetwater Creek Bow Hunting vehicles.

* No shooting from vehicles.

9.  Guests may not arrive at the ranch earlier than 3:00pm the day before their hunt begins. Any guest arriving before 3:00pm the day before their hunt begins will be charged an additional $100. Guests need to leave the ranch no later than 8:00am the day after their hunt is complete.

10.  Animal limitations:

* NO whitetail deer killed with less than 8 points.

* NO killing of does allowed without prior approval and payment.

* NO taking of animals in velvet.

** If you want to shoot two hard horned animals,
you must pay for two hunts in advance. **

Our Refund/Reschedule Policy
Please read our new Refund/Reschedule Policy carefully. Our policy has changed due to the high percentage of last minute cancellations, requests to reschedule hunts and no shows. Contact us if you have any questions regarding this policy.

1.   ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

2.   WE MUST BE IN RECEIPT OF YOUR DEPOSIT NO LATER THAN 10 DAYS AFTER  DATES FOR YOUR HUNT ARE AGREED UPON TO HOLD THOSE DATES. AFTER 10 DAYS, YOUR DATES WILL THEN BE AVAILABLE FOR OTHER GROUPS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

3.   HUNTS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL SCHEDULED DATE WILL NOT BE RESCHEDULED, NO EXCEPTIONS. LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED IN FULL FOR THE BALANCE DUE ON THE HUNT.
