Lodging is included in all packages.
THERE ARE NO KILL,
TROPHY OR REPLACEMENT FEES of any kind.
We have
structured our packages to keep our hunts very affordable and simple. There are no hidden fees.
Our success rates average around 80% for hard horned trophies.
Half of all of our hunters are repeat clients!
Sorry, there are
no discounts
available to those who can't hunt the allotted number of days in a
package, deleting animals in a package, large groups or youth hunters.
Our very reasonable fees are low and fixed beyond our control.
A 50% deposit reserves your hunt dates,
deposits are nonrefundable for any reason within 60 days of the
scheduled hunt. Please contact us by phone
or e-mail for available hunt dates. Dates are offered on a first
come/first served basis. You must have a group of at least 10
hunters to book the ranch exclusively.
Whitetail deer and turkeys may only be hunted during
seasons set by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.
Bow hunting only, no firearms allowed on premises, for any
reason.

Our Refund/Reschedule Policy
Please read our new
Refund/Reschedule Policy carefully. Our policy has changed due to
the high percentage of last minute cancellations, requests to
reschedule hunts and no shows. Contact us if you have any
questions regarding this policy.
1. WE MUST BE
IN RECEIPT OF YOUR DEPOSIT NO LATER THAN 10 DAYS AFTER DATES FOR
YOUR HUNT ARE AGREED UPON TO HOLD THOSE DATES. AFTER 10 DAYS, YOUR DATES
WILL THEN BE AVAILABLE FOR OTHER GROUPS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. ALL DEPOSITS
ARE NONREFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
3. IF
CIRCUMSTANCES PREVENT YOU FROM MAKING THE HUNT, YOU MAY RESCHEDULE YOUR
HUNT ON ANOTHER OPEN DATE ONLY IF YOU NOTIFY US NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS
PRIOR TO YOUR ORIGINAL DATE.
4. HUNTS WITHIN
30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL SCHEDULED DATE WILL NOT BE RESCHEDULED, NO
EXCEPTIONS. LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED IN
FULL FOR THE BALANCE DUE ON THE HUNT.
