Note: Your desired hunting dates can only be confirmed and guaranteed after we have received your deposit. Book early to get the most desirable dates! Many of our early fall hunting dates are booked up to a year in advance. We must receive your deposit of 50% of the total for you and your group no later than 10 days after we confirm dates. Otherwise, your dates will go back into the "available" category and may be booked by other hunters!

Our Refund/Reschedule Policy
Please read our new Refund/Reschedule Policy carefully. Our policy has changed due to the high percentage of last minute cancellations, requests to reschedule hunts and no shows. Contact us if you have any questions regarding this policy.

1. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

2. WE MUST BE IN RECEIPT OF YOUR DEPOSIT NO LATER THAN 10 DAYS AFTER DATES FOR YOUR HUNT ARE AGREED UPON TO HOLD THOSE DATES. AFTER 10 DAYS, YOUR DATES WILL THEN BE AVAILABLE FOR OTHER GROUPS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

3. HUNTS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL SCHEDULED DATE WILL NOT BE RESCHEDULED, NO EXCEPTIONS. LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED IN FULL FOR THE BALANCE DUE ON THE HUNT.
